Local Home Shows are 2 day events Saturday 10 am – 4 pm and Sunday 12pm – 4pm.
Vendor exhibit Set up: Saturday 6:30 am -9:30 am but must be completed by 9:30 am Saturday.
Break down on Sunday must be completed by 6 pm, No earlier than 4 pm.
Events are Held indoors and take place rain or shine.
Refunds are honored up to 20 days prior to the event start date.
Vendor Exhibits may be left set up overnight, however any booth contents will be the sole responsibility of each exhibitor. The Building will be locked but over night security may not be provided.
Vendors vehicles will be given a designated area to park after set up is complete, as We need to keep closest parking spots for Your future Customers.
Neither the City where the home show takes place nor any affiliates of LocalHomeshow.com , or venue assumes any liability for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
All vendors are responsible for the collection and payment of their own sales tax.
Completion of payment registration signifies that Vendor Agrees to abide by all county
and regulations. Also, this contract shall be legally binding between LocalHomeshow.com and You the Vendor. Any Change in this information in the contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties.
Vendors should insure their own exhibit and display materials.
The Venue, City, or affiliates of local home show events does not and will not assume liability for any injury, nor any other accident to visitors or vendors that may occur during the event.
